Dupuytrens disease, De Quervain disease, trigger finger and Carpal tunnel syndrome.

These conditions are not known main stream shockwave treatments but the very nature of chronic recalcitrant condition then shockwave may well be able to help and most certainly not characterised as ‘experimental ‘.

For example Dupuytrens is out of the family of peyronies disease which has nice guidelines.

Shockwave treatment would be undertaken when all else has failed and at a period of not less than 6 month.
